We facilitate in house training in Labour Relations Management for our clients, we specialize on the following:
• How to prepare and present evidence in the disciplinary hearing.
• How to chair a disciplinary hearing
• How to prepare for Conciliations, etc.
We assist our clients by chairing their Disciplinary, Incapacity Hearings, Poor Performance Hearings and Appeal Hearings to ensure that the process is both procedurally and substantively fair.
We analyze investigation reports and advise clients on the process to be followed, and we also conduct Corruption/ fraud, misconduct, incapacity, poor performance and grievance investigations.
We advise and guide clients on the processes of the CCMA and Bargaining Councils, prepare cases and represent our clients during Conciliations, Mediation and Arbitration at the CCMA and the Bargaining Councils.
We mediate and facilitate any dispute that may arise in a work place, amongst employees or employer and employees and/or union and the company.
